Account requirements

Q: Is there a minimum initial order spend to open an account?
A: Yes. One-off corporate gifting orders require a £500 RRP minimum spend. The discount will be removed from the total initial order value.

Q: Is there a minimum annual order spend?
A: Yes. For year-round corporate gifting accounts, your annual trade spend (pre-discount and ex-VAT) should be RRP£1000 or more to retain an active account

How to shop with us

Q: How do I place my corporate gifting order?
A: Upon submission of your enquiry, orders can be placed by our dedicated trade team who can also guide you through our collections and offer recommendations.

Q: Do you accept BACS as a payment method?
A: Yes. Please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com where we can raise an order for you and provide our bank details for BACS payment.

Q: Do you accept payment via card?
A: Yes. For corporate gifting orders being delivered to a single location, our team can take payment via card over the phone.

Q: Can I get a VAT receipt when I process an order through your team?
A: Yes. Please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com with your order number and our friendly team will provide this for you.

Q: Can I make one-off corporate gifting purchases in your department store concessions or outlet stores?
A: Trade purchases are not possible in these stores. Please contact our team at b2b@thewhitecompany.com where we can help with your order.

Discounting on sale items

Q: Can I receive a trade discount on top of sale prices?
A: Trade discount is based on the recommended retail price. If the sale discount is greater than your trade discount, we will honour the best price for you.

International orders

Q: Can you ship my order outside of the UK?
A: All trade purchases for delivery outside the UK need to be placed on our website. Please select your delivery destination country from the country selector at the top of the page to update to the local currency and view our product range for your destination. Or please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com for more information, and our team will be able to advise you on options and pricing.
