I ordered and then immediately realised I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I then immediately contacted White Company to amend or cancel the order. I managed to reach your online customer support within 20 minutes of placing the order. I was told I could not amend or cancel. Instead I would have to receive the order (7-10 days), then return the order (5 days) and then re-order!! I am sure your marketing people understand the concept of customer 'friction'. This is friction on another level! You should have a 24 -72 hour cooling off period for orders to be changed. Your current systems are just arcane. Not good enough for the high end product/price.
