    Rather frustrating to start with as neither of your September 15% discount codes worked!!?? However my nephew and partner were pleased with their “baby box” of organic cotton clothes.

    I don’t think this is good value for money In addition my delivery got split up with another gift item I bought so they arrived on different days - one with a gift note and one without which was confusing for the recipient

    I bought the product as a gift and had it delivered directly. I have not therefore not seen the product but it was well received. This is the third new baby gift I have bought in recent years from The White Company and each has had the same problem. The recipient has been unable to identify who the gift is from. I understand that the gift message is printed on the gift receipt but it must be very difficult to see as none of my friends has been able to see it. I would suggest that a card be included in the parcel identifying the donor.
