          This fragrance is lovely and I'm very happy with my purchase. However I have one big issue with the product and that is the plastic stopper which is on the top of the bottle. It took me over 30 minutes to prize it off !. Various objects were used, but my thumb nails are still aching. This problem needs to be addressed, especially for those with dexterity issues.

          I use your defusers all the time and they usually last 3/4 months depending on the heat in the house . The bottle is square this time but I prefer the round bottle .
