You can purchase our premium gift boxes online, by phone, or in store for just £5 per box. If ordering online, simply select the gift-box option during checkout, and then choose a The White Company, or a The Little White Company style. If you're ordering by phone or in store, speak to one of our friendly advisors. Gift boxes are delivered with complimentary gift cards so you can include a message for the recipient. All online orders containing a gift box are sent with a gift invoice, so no prices or billing information will be displayed.

Yes, you can select to add a free gift message at online checkout (or while ordering over the phone). This is printed on the dispatch note included in the parcel. The dispatch note will be a gift invoice, so no prices or billing information will be displayed.
We can either deliver your gift to their door, with a personalised message from you, or we can send it straight to you. We offer a range of gift box sizes and will choose the most appropriate size for your gift or gifts. If you are ordering lots of items, they might need more than one box. If your gift requires more than one box, charges will vary accordingly. We do not offer Next-Day or Collect+ delivery for gift-wrap orders. Place your gift-box order by midnight on Monday 19th December for delivery in time for Christmas. Find out more about our Christmas delivery dates.
Some items are too big or bulky to be gift-wrapped – these include pillows, duvets, mattress toppers, lamps, storage baskets, floor cushions, bean bags, seat pads and furniture.
