How can I download The White Company app?

• Download our iOS app to shop The White Company from your Apple device

Is my device compatible?

• The White Company iOS app is currently compatible with iPhone 6s / 6s Plus or later. To use our app, please make sure your device is running iOS 14+or later.
• We recommend updating your iOS software in your device settings and our app regularly so we can give you the very best online experience.

Are you building an Android app, too?

We know that most of our customers use Apple phones, so we’ve focused on building an iOS app first. We do hope to follow up with an Android app soon.

Which payment methods can I use on the app?

• The White Company app accepts the same payment methods as we do online and in store: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
• You can also pay using one of our Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.

How can I find out more about delivery and returns?

• Visit our Delivery Information and Returns & Refunds Policy pages on our website to find out more.

How can I access my account in the app?

• Open the ‘More’ tab – by tapping the icon with three circles in the bottom right-hand corner – to access account options.
• To sign into your existing account with The White Company, make sure you are using the same email address you registered with – the one you use on your other devices.
• If you can’t remember your password, tap ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the sign-in page. We’ll prompt you to enter your email address, and we’ll then send you an email with a link to create a new password for your account.
• If this is your first time shopping with us, welcome – we’re happy you’re here! You can create an account easily by selecting the ‘Create Account’ option under the ‘More’ tab.

How do I turn on notifications?

• Opt in to our notifications to be the first to hear about local events, product launches and exciting offers. You can do this at any time:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ on your device
  2. Select The White Company app
  3. Tap ‘Notifications’
  4. Switch the ‘Allow Notifications’ toggle on

• You can opt out of notifications at any time by switching the ‘Allow Notifications’ toggle off.

I can’t see my saved items on the app

• If you have a registered account with us, your saved items will be synced across all our channels. If you can’t see the items you’re expecting, make sure you’re logged in to your account.
• We display a maximum of 99 items on the ‘Saved Items’ page of our app. If you have more than 99 things saved, we’ll ask you to remove an item before saving another.
• If you don’t have an account with The White Company, we’ll keep your selection in ‘Saved Items’ for 14 days.

How do I remove things from ‘Saved Items’ or from my bag on the app?

• Just swipe a product from right to left, and you’ll see a ‘Remove’ button – tap this to take the item out of your bag or ‘Saved Items’.

How can I manage my marketing preferences in the app?

• If you have a registered account with The White Company, you can manage your email, brochure or mailing communications at any time.
• Log in to your account and go to the ‘More’ tab.
• Tap ‘Manage Account’ and you can amend your preferences here.

I’d like to delete my account with The White Company via the app.

• To permanently delete your account with The White Company through our app, log in to your account and go to the ‘More’ tab.
• Tap ‘Account Deletion’.
• Follow the simple steps to delete your account. Once we’ve processed your request, a member of our Contact Centre team will be in touch via email to confirm that your account has been deleted.

Is your app available outside the UK?

• We’re sorry, The White Company app is only available for our UK customers on iOS devices at the moment.

I’m having problems using the app.

• We’re sorry you’re having an issue with our app – let’s get it sorted.
• If you’re having problems logging in, we suggest double-checking that you’ve entered your password correctly. If you still can’t log in, you can tap ‘Forgotten Password?’ to reset it.
• You can resolve most other issues by simply closing the app and launching it again. You’ll need to completely restart the app, rather than just exiting the page. Follow these steps:

  1. Swipe up on your device – or double-tap the home button – to view all the apps you’ve got open.
  2. Scroll through the list to find The White Company app, and swipe up to close it.
  3. Tap The White Company app icon to reopen it.
