Lovely socks
I ordered these socks for my son’s first Christmas and initially received the pink version instead of the red pair I ordered. After contacting customer service via email, they assured me the correct item would be sent, but I received the pink version again. I then contacted them by phone, but the same mistake happened for a third time. When I emailed to express my frustration, the only response I received was a dismissive 'sorry you feel this way. ' I have always purchased my baby’s clothes from your company and had planned to continue, but after experiencing these repeated errors and poor customer service, I will no longer shop with you. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Having received the wrong socks three times, pink girls socks were sent for a girl. The last customer service gentleman told me I obviously was not going to get the right ones and I asked for a refund. These were part of a present for my little nephew, I have been left disappointed and frustrated.
Lovely little Christmas socks with cute designs and very good quality.
