          I did write to you to say that whoever designed this pillow for a side sleeper didn’t have a clue of what it is like to be a side sleeper with neck problems. The pillow is not at all suitable and I know this cannot be returned despite the fact that it was only tried for while with a cover on it. Another pillow bites the dust never to be used. I have no quarrel with design or quality it is purely not suitable and should not be advertised as such.
