Business to Business Terms & Conditions

• The Trade Discount Code is for use of the named business only. It cannot be used by any other person, including without limitation: individual employees, consultants or agents (in respect of their personal use) and/or any family member or friend of any employee, consultant or agent of the business named on the account
• The Trade account is for the sole benefit of the business and the discount does not extend to personal purchases
• The Trade Discount Code is valid from 1st August 2024 until 31st July 2025. This is confidential and must not be made publicly available (whether via the internet or otherwise) and/or be divulged or shared with any other person. A trade account review of spend is conducted annually and measured based on a full 12 month period. If the business does not meet their spend requirement to qualify for their associated discount within 12 months, the account maybe subject to a reduction in discount. Should you start mid-way through the 12 month period (1st August 2024 – 31st July 2025) your trade account will be renewed into the new year (1st August 2025 – 31st July 2026) in order to be measured across a full 12 month period
• Trade Discount Codes can be blocked if the T&Cs are not adhered to
• The Trade Discount Code must be presented for all purchases online, instore and over the phone
• Offer is valid on full priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
Minimum annual trade spend is £1,000 RRP including VAT and before discount
• Any new trade accounts will become active upon the receipt of an initial trade order to the value of £500 RRP including VAT and before discount

• First purchase and Account set-up – To set up your account the B2B Team are required to place your initial purchase unless otherwise agreed by the B2B Team. Please email the B2B Team your required items over £500 RRP and your initial order will be placed for you. Although the application submission is approved, until this first order is placed your account set up remains incomplete
• Your trade account is set up under a master invoice account (a main company account holding the business billing address). Each invoice account hosts customer account(s) – (a specific account of an individual employee of the company). All customer accounts link to the main invoice account. Any employee who is authorised to make trade purchases will be required to be set up with a customer account under the invoice account in order for them to be able to transact
• Process of adding additional contacts - To add any additional employees to your trade account please share this link with your colleagues and ask them to complete it to ensure they have a customer account created.
• Please inform the B2B team of any employees leaving the business and any new employees requiring access to the trade discount, as these will need to be removed or added
• The sharing of accounts is not permitted

Purchases and Payment

• All orders are processed on a pro-forma basis only unless otherwise agreed
• Payment methods accepted - BACS and Credit Card. Manual cheques are not accepted
• All goods are required to be paid for prior to despatch. Stock cannot be held or reserved without payment
• Invoices are raised on a pro forma invoice basis and payment is accepted by bank transfer or by card over the phone. Once we have received your additional contacts and your first order is placed this will complete the set-up of your account. Finally, we will issue you with a Trade Code which will enable you to make trade purchases on our website and in our UK stores
• Only purchases made on the trade account contribute towards the minimum annual trade spend
• A maximum 20% discount will be applied on furniture, beds, mattresses, upholstery, branded 3rd party items (e.g. Le Creuset), advent calendars, hampers, made-to-order items, and for orders that are shipped to International destinations
• Offer excludes daywear, gift wrap service, gift cards and e-gift cards
• Offer not valid in The White Company clearance stores and concession stores
• Offer only valid when order is placed through the website, UK retail stores and the UK business to business/contact centre
• Unless otherwise agreed by The White Company, it is prohibited to stock or retail The White Company goods in the UK or overseas
• Delivery is subject to stock availability and for large order enquiries, product availability will need to be confirmed by the B2B team before the order can be processed
• Standard free delivery is valid for online, telephone and store mail orders over £50 to the UK mainland only
• Failure to provide correct delivery information (to include full delivery address and contact details) could result in additional charges (collection and re-delivery)
• Purchases made online are limited to 99 items per product where stock is available

Delivery service

Standard (3-5 working days): Free standard delivery (normally £3.50) applies to orders over £50.00. Delivered Monday - Friday excluding bank or public holidays.

Next day (order must be placed before 4pm): Free to UK addresses over £200.00 (not available for remote postcodes)

International: Free delivery on Europe orders over £50.00. Free delivery on rest of world orders over £150.00

Furniture delivery (International): Unavailable

International

All prices quoted (either via Trade department or on The White Company website) are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the United Kingdom (UK) then your UK sales tax (VAT) will be zero. From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150 will be subject to import duty. The White Company pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you. In addition, our carriers will complete all necessary customs paperwork to ensure there are minimal delays with orders from EU countries.

UK VAT is not charged on goods exported to a destination outside of the United Kingdom. 0% UK VAT has been applied on these sales, therefore these sales are not eligible for a UK VAT Refund.

US Customs

Due to customs restrictions on total or combined orders to a single US address, if you are placing an order of over £2,000 please call our helpful Customer Service team on 020 375 89 222, who will be happy to help ensure your order gets placed and processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. Further details are available on our website in accordance with our returns policy - Returns page.

Gift card & E-gift card

The White Company gift cards and E-gift cards ("Gift Tender") can be used or redeemed at any of The White Company stores in the United Kingdom and UK online (Subject to website terms and conditions). Gift Tender may not be used at The White Company's department stores and concessions for purchase, redemption or balance check. (E.g. Selfridges, Fenwicks, Elys, Harrods, Voisins etc.) or The White Company’s trade department.
The trade department cannot issue refunds in the form of gift cards or e-gift cards.
