Can I use a promotion or discount code on sale items?

Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. During our sales our products are already discounted so your promotion or discount code will not be valid when purchasing sale items.

Which purchases are excluded from promotions or discounts?

Our promotional offers exclude gift cards, all furniture, beds, mattresses, upholstery and made-to-order items.

Can I use a promotion or discount code in your store?

Yes, but you must take your card or catalogue with the promotion code with you when you shop. The only exceptions are our outlet stores at Bicester, Gunwharf Quays and Kildare Village as all items in these stores are at sale price and already discounted.

Why have I received one offer but my friend has received a different one?

Throughout a season we have a range of offers which are tailored to suit different groups of customers. This should make the offer you receive more relevant to you.

Why am I not receiving your special offer emails?

Check your account online to make sure we have the right email address for you. If we have the correct address, check your spam filter to make sure that your internet provider is not holding our emails as spam. If you are still not receiving the emails, contact us by email at services@thewhitecompany.com or phone on 020 375 89 222 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm) and we will check that your account has definitely been set up to receive our emails.

I have entered a competition, how will I know if I have won?

We will contact you if you have won one of our competitions. We may then also ask your permission to publish your details on our winners page.
