Planet

We strive to find the most responsible way to produce our products, minimising our impact on the environment and ensuring we support the communities we work with.

While we do not hold all the answers, we understand our responsibility and would like to invite you to join us on our continuous journey to improve and evolve. We aim to influence positive change in our industry and inspire everyone to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

  • Our brand ethos is to create products to be loved and last. Mindful consumption is at our heart, designing beautiful pieces for today, tomorrow, forever.

  • In line with UK government and international directives, we aim to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2040. By 2023, we will implement our Environmental Management System and be in a position to accurately measure our carbon footprint and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. From this point, we will be able to set annual targets and measure our performance to achieve this ambitious goal as early as possible.

  • We have signed up to the British Retail Consortium Climate Action Roadmap targets. We aim to meet electricity targets by 2030 and gas, fuel and refrigeration targets by 2035. We are also participating in the BRC Sourcing Sustainably and Operating Efficient Sites Powered By Renewables roadmaps.

Our quality

Extending the life of the products we own is one of the most important contributions we can make to reduce our carbon footprint on the environment. Our products are carefully designed to be used and loved for a long time.

  • Alongside our skilled partners around the world, our London-based design team puts concerted effort into sourcing new circular materials and responsible alternatives. We adhere to the highest standards and certifications to support this.

  • We believe in timeless designs and carefully select natural materials, such as wood, wool, leather and linen, which become more beautiful with wear and use. Our childrenswear can also be passed from generation to generation.

  • We design products to cherish and respect, without thinking of replacing them. The more our customers develop this personal bond with our products, the more they care for them, helping conserve resources. We love to talk about our iconic products, the ideas that inspire them and the skills used to make them.
