      All 6 plates arrived broken. Not packed well. I love your dishes but when I called to report breakage, I was told a notice of credit to my visa would be sent via e-mail. Never happened.

      I love the rustic yet 'true white' color of these pieces. My only complaint was that the WC Shipping Dept did not take the time to wrap pieces carefully for safe transit. Although CS was excellent and helped me thoroughly, it took several tries to receive unbroken pottery.
