Placing An Order

See our tips below for how to place an online order with us.

How do I place an order online?

We want your order to get to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you are placing an order of over $2,500 we suggest you call our contact centre team who will be happy to help ensure your order gets placed and processed as quickly and efficiently as possible

Browse through our products to find what you want by using the menu along the top of the screen. If you know exactly what you want, use the search function and either type in the product name or product ID at the top left of the screen to quickly locate your item.

Choose the color (if applicable) and number of items you want and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then go on shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping cart while you are shopping, hover or click on "My Cart" at the top right hand side of the page.

When you have chosen all of your items, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the very simple instructions on screen through our secure checkout process.

Will I be liable for sales tax or fees?

We are required by law to charge Sales Tax. Relevant sales taxes, will be applied at checkout.

Where required, Sales Tax will also be applied to shipping charges. Tax will be refunded for returned items but shipping charges are non-refundable, once an item has been shipped. You will not receive a refund for the Sales Tax you paid on the shipping.

When shipping to a United States address, The White Company will pay for any import duty levied against your order.

How do I choose a different delivery address?

All you need to do is sign in to the My Account area of our website, go to the Address Book and add the address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the Checkout process.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes you can. Simply call our helpful Customer Service team on 1-866-846-8333 (7 days a week 7am to 11pm Eastern Time).

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

If it is the first time you have placed an order with us there is no need to register your details if you are in a hurry. Click on 'Guest Checkout' and follow the instructions.

When you get time it is well worth setting up an account so that you can track your orders.

What information will I receive when I have placed my order?

If you have placed your order online, you will immediately see an Order Summary. If we have your email address we will send you an email confirmation that your order has been placed and updates on its progress until it is delivered. If there are likely to be any delays in sending your order to you we will email you.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order for any reason up to the point of dispatch, but as we try to process all our orders quickly then we strongly recommend you call us on 1-866-846-8333 (Monday to Friday 7am to 11pm Eastern Time) as soon as possible after you place the order to ask us to cancel. If possible, please make sure you have your order number to hand. You will find this on your order confirmation email. See our Terms and Conditions for details of your statutory Right to Cancel.

Can I make an overseas order?

You can make an overseas order on our website, or by calling us on +44 (0) 1604 744 350. Please help us and our delivery company by taking extra care with the address details. Payment can only be accepted in US Dollars.

Please note if your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods. Shipping is charged at cost and is generally calculated by the weight of the parcel.
