How to annoy and upset your customers……reduce the price by 20% the week after you have ordered an item. Ordered early to maker sure I could get the size I wanted And then The White Company do this. Not the way to have treat customers. If an item can be sold at this reduced then do so from the beginning otherwise it feels you are treating your customers with contempt…..not very nice or professional. Doesn’t encourage me to shop with you again, just leaves a bad taste! It should be great for that money.
