Product great Sadly Customer services very poor when I emailed for help as there was no photo showing where the parcel had been left. It eventually turned up and had been left at a house on the next street. I emailed customer services to let them know I’d found it but they didn't bother to reply. Whistles customer services on the other hand, were amazing when I had a similar problem last year.
