Account requirements

Q: Is there a minimum initial order spend to open an account?
A: Yes. One-off corporate gifting orders require a £500 RRP minimum spend. The discount will be removed from the total initial order value.

Q: Is there a minimum annual order spend?
A: Yes. For year-round corporate gifting accounts, your annual trade spend (pre-discount and ex-VAT) should be RRP£1000 or more to retain an active account

Processing an order

Q: How do I place my first trade order?
A: If your application is successful, please place your first order with our specialist Trade team to activate your account.

Q: Where do I redeem my trade discount?
A: Trade customers can shop in our stores, on our website or app, and by getting in touch with our Trade team. In our stores: please provide your business email address and your trade code to your sales advisor so they can locate your trade account and apply your discount to your purchase. On our website or app: log in with your business email address and password, and apply your shopping code in the promotional code field at checkout to apply your trade discount. With our Trade team: If you require a pro forma invoice or wish to pay by bank transfer you can shop through our Trade team by emailing: B2B@thewhitecompany.com.

Q: What do I do if my code isn’t working?
A: Please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com, and our friendly team will assist you.

Q: Do you accept BACS as a payment method?
A: Yes. Please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com, where we can raise an order for you and provide our bank details for BACS payment.

Q: Can I get a VAT invoice for a web purchase?
A: Yes. Please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com with your order number and our friendly team will provide this for you.

Shopping in store

Q: Can I make a trade purchase in your department store concessions or outlet stores?
A: Trade purchases are not possible in these stores. For a list of our outlets and concessions, please visit the Find a Store page on our website.

Discounting on sale items

Q: Can I receive a trade discount on top of sale prices?
A: Trade discount is based on the recommended retail price. If the sale discount is greater than your trade discount, we will honour the best price for you.

International orders

Q: Can you ship my order outside of the UK?
A: All trade purchases for delivery outside the UK need to be placed on our website. Please select your delivery destination country from the country selector at the top of the page to update to the local currency and view our product range for your destination. Or please email us at b2b@thewhitecompany.com for more information, and our team will be able to advise you on options and pricing.
