A: Trade customers can shop in our stores, on our website or app, and by getting in touch with our Trade team. In our stores: please provide your business email address and your trade code to your sales advisor so they can locate your trade account and apply your discount to your purchase. On our website or app: log in with your business email address and password, and apply your shopping code in the promotional code field at checkout to apply your trade discount.
