Remember to always read the disclaimer for suitable cleaning and maintenance methods.

How to clean and maintain Wood

Adding an artisanal charm to any space, we responsibly source our wood from the very best manufacturers worldwide. Due to the natural origin of wood, there will be slight variations of colour between each piece, making each one truly unique.

For Kitchen and Serveware

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • Oil regularly to ensure longevity of the natural wood.
  • Only oil your products when they are dry (not wet), such as after cleaning.
  • Do not immerse wooden pieces in water.
  • Dark liquids and natural oils may cause staining after prolonged exposure.
  • Please take care when placing dark, or highly coloured, foods onto the surface of wooden pieces.

For Furniture

  • Wipe spills immediately with a dry cloth.
  • Don’t expose to excessive heat or humidity.

How to clean and maintain Metal

From polished to powder-coated, our durable, high-quality metal pieces are timeless designs that will be loved and last. Due to the nature of this material, there will be slight variations of colour between each piece, making each one truly unique.

For Polished Metal

  • Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and don’t soak for long periods of time as this may tarnish the finish.
  • Polished metal can look dull over time. To bring back its sparkle, gently buff with a soft cloth.

For Powder-Coated Metal

  • Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Dry off any wet marks immediately to avoid stains.

How to clean and maintain Jute

Jute is a natural fibre that doesn’t rely on insecticides or pesticides, which makes it completely biodegradable. The plant reaches maturity quickly – at between four and six months – and it's an incredibly efficient source of renewable materials. Due to the natural origin of jute, there will be slight variations of colour between each piece, making each rug truly unique.

  • Attend to spills immediately using an undyed cloth to absorb as much of the spillage as possible, wiping from the outer edges inwards to minimise spread. Follow up with a damp cloth, if necessary.
  • Spot clean only and avoid the use of harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid placing in direct sunlight.
  • To promote an even wear, rotate or reposition your jute rugs every couple of months.
  • Given the nature of jute rugs, loose fibres are likely to shed — this will diminish over time.

How to clean and maintain Glasses, Mirrors and Mirrored Furniture

Our stunning glasses, mirrors and pieces of mirrored furniture are designed and crafted with great attention to detail and timeless appeal, so they can be enjoyed for years to come. Pieces made from recycled glass are unique due to variations in colour.

  • Only clean with water, or glass cleaner, and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
  • Don’t use abrasive cleaning agents as these may scratch the surface of the glass.
  • Please use a coaster for tables and don’t place very hot, or freezing, drinks directly onto glass surfaces.

How to clean and maintain Marble

Opulent, decorative and durable, our beautiful-quality marble has a wonderfully modern aesthetic that complements a range of décors. Due to the natural origin of marble, there will be slight variations between each piece, making each one truly unique.

  • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using abrasive cleaning products.
  • Please take care when placing dark, or highly coloured, foods on the surface of marble pieces.
  • Given the porous nature of marble, it can tarnish over time and will often mark easily.
  • Dark liquids and natural oils may cause staining after prolonged exposure.

How to clean and maintain Rattan, Wicker and Seagrass

Our lovely rattan, wicker and seagrass pieces have a rustic and distinctive finish that makes them extra-special. Due to the natural origin of these materials, there will be slight variations of colour between each piece, making each one truly unique.

  • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using abrasive cleaning products.
  • Don’t immerse products in water.
  • Avoid placing in excessive sunlight, moisture and heat for long periods of time as this may cause brittleness and discolouration.
  • Dark liquids and natural oils may cause staining after prolonged exposure.

How to clean and maintain Lacquer

A selection of our wooden pieces have a beautiful, high-gloss lacquered finish. The process to achieve this is a highly skilled one, where lacquer is expertly applied, layer by layer, by our artisans.

  • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and let it dry immediately.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaning products.
  • Don’t soak, or leave your lacquered pieces in standing water.
