Product Recall

Product Description: Sleepsuit, Pyjamas and Hooded Towel from the Jingle Christmas range. Include a coloured stripe with reindeer antlers and a red pom pom for the reindeer’s nose, sold instore and online since 14/10/24.

• Jingles Hooded Towel (Product number A13548)

Date of Recall: 11th December 2024

The Hazard: We’ve identified a problem with the above items. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the red pom pom as it does not meet our required high standards and is a potential choking hazard which can come fully or partly detached from the garment and may be swallowed by children.

What you need to do:

• Stop using the product immediately.

• Return the item to any of our stores for a full refund.

• If you cannot visit a store, please contact us and we will provide assistance with organising the return and refund.

• If you received this item as a gift, you can also return it to our stores, or contact us for assistance with returning the product by post.

• If you gifted this item, please notify the recipient about this recall and ask them to reach out to us for assistance with returning the product
