Placing An Order

See our tips below for how to place an online order with us.

How do I place an order online?

Browse and discover the products you like using the menu along the top of the screen. If you’re looking for something specific, use the search function in the top left corner of the screen to quickly locate your item. Choose the colour, size (if applicable) and number of items you want and click the "Add to Bag" button. You can then continue shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your bag while you are shopping, click on "My Bag" in the top right corner of the page. When you have chosen all your items, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the simple instructions on screen to take you through our secure checkout process. If you have any difficulty placing your order online, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I choose a different delivery address?

All you need to do is sign in to the My Account area of our website, go to the Address Book and add the address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the Checkout process.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes you can. Simply call our helpful Customer Service team on 020 3758 9222 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm).

Can I order through your stores?

If the item you require is not available in store, our advisors can place an order for you in store and have it delivered to your home. Some items can also be delivered to the store for collection if this is more convenient. Please check when you place your order. Click here for a list of our Stores. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

If it is the first time you have placed an order with us there is no need to register your details if you are in a hurry. Click on 'Guest Checkout' and follow the instructions.

When you get time it is well worth setting up an account so that you can track your orders.

What information will I receive when I have placed my order?

When you have placed an order online, you will immediately see your Order Summary. You will receive an order confirmation to your email address, followed by a dispatch email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

You can track your order via My Account, or, if you don’t have a registered online account with us, using the order number we sent to your email address. Please note: tracking is only available 24 hours after you receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

How do I cancel an order?

We do try to process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them quickly. We are sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to cancel your order once you've placed it.

If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, and you would like to return any items from your order, please follow our Returns procedure. You may return items by post, or you can return them to one of our stores. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item/s and place a new order. There are some products which you cannot cancel and obtain a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns page for further details.

Can I make an overseas order?

You can make an overseas order on our website, or by calling us on 0044 20 3758 9222. Please help us and our delivery company by taking extra care with the address details. Payment can only be accepted in sterling. If your order will be dispatched inside the European Union in most cases VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate of the member state. No VAT will be charged for items dispatched outside the European Union. If you think you have been charged VAT in error, please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note if your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods. Delivery is charged at cost and is generally calculated by the weight of the parcel.
