Products We Can't Deliver Overseas

Due to US regulations and as we ship from the UK, we unfortunately cannot sell certain products overseas.

These include furniture, mirrors, beanbags, large photo frames, some fragrance products, baby sleeping bags, some childrenswear, items exceeding H22”xW18”xD13” and some branded products.

Sales Tax & Customer Fees

When shipping to a mainland US address, The White Company will pay for any import duty levied against your order.

We are required by law to charge sales tax. Relevant sales taxes, if any, will be applied at checkout. Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. The amount of sales tax you will be charged will be made clear during the checkout process, after you have entered your shipping details, but before you are asked to enter your payment details. For more information on sales tax, please see our payment page. We want your order to get to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you are placing an order of over $2,500, please call our helpful Customer Service team on 1-886-846-8333 (Monday to Friday, 7am–11pm EST), who will be happy to help ensure your order gets placed and processed efficiently.

Special Locations

Packages destined for non-continental US locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam) may take slightly longer to ship due to their remote geographic location. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible; however, please allow 4–5 weeks for shipping to these areas.
