The next best thing to a hug, our exceptional-quality luxurious cashmere is light and airy, yet wonderfully warm, and has the most beautiful drape. Certified by The Good Cashmere Standard®, the yarns in our knitwear are sustainably sourced and produced.
How to wash
- Lay cashmere completely flat and use a pilling shaver to remove bobbles. Pilling combs should only be used very gently as they can damage lightweight cashmere knits.
- Select a gentle washing detergent. Never use biological detergents, as they contain enzymes that break down fibers.
- Fill a sink with lukewarm water. Add the required amount of detergent and distribute throughout.
- Turn the garment inside out and submerge in the water for five to 10 minutes. Do not soak.
- Rinse in cool water, until it runs clear.
- Squeeze to remove excess water, but do not wring. Lay flat on a dry towel, roll up and press to remove excess.
- Reshape and lay flat to dry.
How to store
- Avoid hanging cashmere, as it will distort the fragile fibers and lose the garment’s shape.
- Store folded in acid-free tissue paper, or a moth-proof cloth bag, to protect it and keep it in great condition.
- To keep moths away, we recommend using cedar balls.
