Almost a month after ordering I have not received the product. I had to contact the company, to discover that although they had been notified a couple of weeks prior that my order had been lost in transit, I was not communicated with. It was only upon contacting them, was this revealed. I was told that someone would reach out to me in the next 24 to 48 hours of which I’m still waiting on. They still have my $700 with no resolution. I would have loved to have experienced the product, but obviously I would have to receive it to enjoy it.
