A contract between you and The White Company for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Payment will be taken at the point of order placement. This does not affect your legal rights. We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

From 1st January 2021, orders made from this website and being sent to EU countries with an order value over €150 will be subject to import duty. The White Company pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you. In addition, our carriers will complete all necessary customs paperwork to ensure there are minimal delays with orders from EU countries.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

We endeavor to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item(s) will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted on the website. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your bag. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If the item is available to purchase on pre-order, we will provide a promise date for expected delivery. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your bag.

Our merchandise available for sale will change on a frequent basis. We reserve the right to make changes in our merchandise without notice. An item may be out of stock temporarily or permanently, or discontinued from our product line. When an item is no longer available, we take reasonable steps to remove it from the website as soon as we can. If you cannot find an item you saw on a previous visit, please notify our Customer Service team and we will let you know whether we can find the item for you. If we do not have stock to deliver the goods you have ordered our Customer Service team will contact you. We will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is in stock and ready to be shipped.

We have extended our returns policy for the holidays. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between October 16 and December 24 2024 will be accepted until January 31 2025.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and are comforters and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened, toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken, underwear and swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed, and earrings. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in US Dollars, and are non-inclusive of any local sales taxes. The price of any item is not guaranteed until the item has been shipped to you.

The White Company will charge for your orders in US Dollars. If you are purchasing outside of the United States, you may be liable to pay currency or transaction fees to your card provider.
